Salesforce Test Engineer

Experience : 5-8 Years

Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad

Work Mode : Hybrid (2 days work from office is mandate)

Notice : Immediate

Shift : 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong functional testing

expertise and hands-on experience in Salesforce / CRM environments. The ideal candidate

should have a solid grasp of test case design, database validation, and end-to-end testing

processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive functional and regression testing for Salesforce / CRM

applications.

  • Design, write, and execute detailed test cases and ensure full test coverage.
  • Conduct database testing using SQL to validate data integrity and backend processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the

    • defect life cycle.

  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of testing deliverables.
  • Provide clear testing reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing (5–8 years).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce / CRM systems.
  • Expertise in SQL for database validation and testing.
  • Proficient in test case creation, execution, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools and Defect Management systems.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps (basic knowledge).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Basic Automation Testing knowledge (Selenium / C#).
  • Healthcare domain experience.
