Roles & Responsibilities :

Requirements :

• Experienced in 1040 OR 1065 OR 1120 tax forms.
• Comprehensive understanding of federal and state corporate tax both S Corporation and C corporation returns and other allied informational forms such as 5472, 8883, 965, 5471, 8621, 926, 4562 etc.
• Understanding on partnership return Form 1065 and other supporting forms.
• Understanding of individual tax returns and other allied informational forms such as Fincen Form 114, Form 1116, Form 5471, Form 5472, Form8938 etc.
• Review and filing of sales and use tax returns.
• Experience on US tax advisory engagements, due diligence, direct and indirect state tax nexus analysis and other retainer services etc.
• Liaising with tax departments on need basis for relevant engagements, tax notices, obtaining certificates etc.
