We focus on contributing to PwC’s value proposition of “strategy led and technology enabled”, by aligning our Consulting Solutions’ industry focus with the Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI.
Responsibilities :
1. Analyze and resolve issues raised by users through ServiceNow tickets and other channels, adhering to established response standards for timeliness and quality
2. Validate data supplied by users and upload to systems using established processes
3. Coordinate support activities with specialists on other teams
4. Support testing and documentation
