Customer Relations Executive

About the Role :

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to support our ISJ UK Project . The primary responsibility of this role is to contact Indian clients and assist in the collection of duty fee payments related to their international shipments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to Indian clients regarding duty fee payments for shipments.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of payment cases.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update records in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payment processing and client communication.
