𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

• Own End-to-End Tech Packs : Build comprehensive, production-ready tech packs for apparel and accessories, covering measurements, graded specs, construction details, stitching diagrams, hardware placement, labeling, and packaging requirements.
• Create Accurate Product Mockups : Develop digital and physical mockups (2D flats, 3D renders, prototypes) to visualize fit, proportion, and functionality before sampling.
• Drive Fit & Grading Accuracy : Establish base sizes, create grade rules, and conduct fit sessions to ensure perfect sizing across all body types and product categories.
• Collaborate on Sample Development : Partner with pattern makers, manufacturers, and the design team to iterate prototypes, resolve construction challenges, and achieve final sign-off.
• Define Material & Trim Specs : Specify fabrics, trims, threads, zippers, and finishes with exact codes, suppliers, and performance standards for consistency and quality.
• Ensure Manufacturing Feasibility : Review designs for producibility, cost efficiency, and scalability while maintaining DROPZ’s premium, limited-edition DNA.
• Support Pre-Production Handoffs : Prepare clear production packages for factories, including cutting layouts, sewing instructions, and quality control checkpoints.
• Conduct QC & Final Validation : Perform detailed sample inspections, measure against specs, and approve or flag revisions to guarantee every piece meets collector standards.
• Stay Ahead on Technical Trends : Research innovative construction techniques, sustainable materials, and smart manufacturing methods to elevate DROPZ’s technical edge.
