Golf Coach and Instructors [High Salary]

Five Iron Golf is the world’s premier indoor golf and entertainment experience, with as many as thirty-two locations in the US and many more on the way. Five Iron Golf’s core mission is to seamlessly meld golf and entertainment, and in the process make golf inclusive and accessible for all. With the first location in India now open at The Grand Venice Mall, Greater Noida, (Delhi NCR, India) we are looking to hire talent to join our team to creatively promote the Five Iron brand while growing our customer and membership base. Our near-term goal is to add an additional location or two in the year 2026.

Five Iron Golf is seeking Golf Coaches or Instructors. This role is based in Greater Noida and reports to the CEO. All Golf Coaches will plan, develop, implement, and manage strategies and content for all of Five Iron Golf’s social media channels in India as it relates to golf lessons, coaching, clinics, tips & tutorials and the like. Golf Coaches at Five Iron Golf India will play a key role in developing various messaging and offers throughout the customer lifecycle, from engaging new members to up-selling across channel partners.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage lesson content & calendars in an effort to generate new sources of lesson revenue through golf coaching, lessons, clinics, social media, tips & tutorials and / or individual guest parties, events as well corporate events
• In coordination with the Marketing Department golf coaches will have Day-to-day access to all company-owned social media channels, including posting and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Push creative boundaries and optimize performance to generate fresh lessons & coaching content that delivers engagement and grows the audience
• Develop KPIs to be shared cross-functionally and continually analyze and evaluate performance
• Manage all aspects of community engagement, including interacting with individuals & groups as well larger corporate events, responding to DMs, and liaising with the Marketing Department and customer support team.
• Manage influencer strategy and build partnerships with influencers, brand advocates, and other creatives
• Research and identify emerging social media features and media trends similar / different to other independent coaches, club affiliated coaches and / or institutional trends established by club manufacturers, club fitters, brand ambassadors or other
• Willingness to independently & collaboratively support, assist and contribute to the success of all disciplines comprising the business plan of Five Iron Golf India
