Greetings from Tesslogs,

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team for an exciting project .

Location : Remote
Experience : 7+ years of relevant experience
Openings : 5
Availability : Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & System Improvements

Design, review, and optimize MS Dynamics CRM architecture and integrations.

Identify gaps and propose enhancements for scalability, usability, and performance.

Prepare high-level solution design documents, architecture blueprints, and technical roadmaps.

Team Management & Delivery

Lead and mentor a team of CRM developers and consultants.

Oversee daily and weekly sprint deliveries, ensuring on-time completion of tasks.

Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Stakeholder & Product Collaboration

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliverables.

Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively.

Documentation & Planning

Prepare solution documentation, design artifacts, and system improvement proposals.

Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ongoing and future enhancements.

Technical Involvement

Participate in hands-on development and customizations when required.

Ensure implementation of best practices in coding, integrations, and CRM configurations.

Support performance tuning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM .

Proven experience in solution architecture, integrations , and system optimization .

Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure Services, and Microsoft Dataverse .

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices .

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and guide cross-functional teams.
