Purpose of the role – This role will work collaboratively with your offshore Client Management & Execution (CME) partners and closely with Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) Client Coverage bankers, , Markets and Products teams, as well as Legal, Treasury, Credit Risk and operations, with the aim of driving business growth and efficiently delivering an excellent experience for customers.
The position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to develop their analytical and structuring skills, and to play a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.
Key Accountabilities-
Continuously seek to optimise the return on capital deployed and resources invested by the business
Workflow management between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, including IB Services, to achieve a seamless client experience; and
Maintain an ongoing awareness of NAB’s credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.
Required Experience-
6-10 years of experience in corporate and institutional banking , preferably with experience in the financial institutions sector , including hands-on exposure to credit analysis (Both PD and LGD) and compliance processes.
Proficient in Excel with moderate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong team player with experience collaborating in dynamic environment across time zones.
Prior experience in credit writing, credit rating, with a solid understanding of portfolio monitoring and risk mitigation.
Essential capabilities
Fully grasp the relevant macro risks and have a good level of knowledge on the regulatory environment across multiple jurisdictions; and
Understanding of risk management.
