Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely, professional communication.
Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams across social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, design, and development.
Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of projects.
Monitor campaign progress and client satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports.
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
Assist in preparing client pitches and proposals to drive client acquisition and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends to provide informed insights and innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-3 years’ experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and design / development coordination.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize client needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
