In this role, you will take full ownership of the technology platforms that power Middle East Office, Back Office, Risk, CRM, and trading runtime systems. You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance of our pricing engines, order management systems, risk frameworks, and operational processes. A key focus will be driving automation across reconciliation, settlements, and reporting while championing the adoption of our configuration-driven operations framework.

As a senior leader, you'll work closely with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable solutions that enable global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams across Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, CRM, and regulatory systems.
Drive the company-wide adoption of the Stargate integration and configuration platform.
Oversee the design, performance, and resilience of order management and pricing systems supporting multi-asset trading.
Deliver CRM as a unified, scalable platform supporting both operational and client journeys.
Automate reconciliation, settlements, and regulatory reporting processes.
Ensure all operational technology complies with global audit and regulatory standards.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering team, fostering a culture of automation and accountability.
Partner with the Principal Architect to align delivery with the target-state architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

10+ years of experience in financial technology, trading, or brokerage platforms, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Proven expertise in order management systems, pricing engines, CRM, and risk platforms.

Strong background in building automation-first platforms for settlements, reconciliations, and workflows.

Deep understanding of fintech or brokerage operations across equities, derivatives, and multi-asset trading.

Familiarity with regulated environments (FCA, DFSA, SCA, or similar) is a strong advantage.

Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management skills, and ability to align technology with business priorities.
