Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Deputy General Manager – Sales (Radio)who will be responsible for driving revenue through effective ad sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a strong network of clients, and a flair for consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage revenue generation for Mumbai market with a strong focus on key Non-BFSI sectors such as Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, etc.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, media agencies, and government bodies.
• Create and execute high-impact radio campaigns and brand solutions independently.
• Drive strategy for market expansion, new business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
• Provide market intelligence and identify trends to stay ahead of competition.
• Collaborate with programming and creative teams for innovative concepts and idea selling.
• Lead and inspire the sales team while ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.
