Job descriptionProficient in managing and leading teams for successful service deliveries and process operations. Strong problem-solving and technical skills with confident decision-making for effective solutions and high customer satisfaction. Good understanding of business etiquette and ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Programming experience in React.js, Node.js, and Kubernetes deployment technologies. Proven team player with an analytical mindset for problem-solving and delivering solutions. Plan and design the structure of technology solutions. Communicate system requirements to software development teams. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods. Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code reviews) and provide guidance to team members. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure. Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
