Job descriptionSupport senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts. Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams. Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings. Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence . Has 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries). Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask . Is proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. Enjoys working in a team environment and values collaboration.
