Dir, P4, Business Analysis III Job Level Director

The Assurance & Legal Technology Department is seeking a Scrum Master / BA to be part of the Client Enablement chapter and join our global team. The primary responsibility of this individual is to drive strategic functional and technical agenda for integrated firmwide Matter Management platform and act as a Scrum Master and BA leveraging technical analytical and problem-solving background to help drive the teams output to success.

The ideal candidate should have a technical background with experience of managing complex technology projects and interfacing with multiple senior stakeholders across organization be a self-driven dedicated individual who works well in a team and thinks and acts addition the candidate should respond well to change and quickly pick up new concepts in an ever-moving regulatory landscape. When faced with a problem the candidate should be able to ask questions and leverage the skill set of those around him / her.

The candidate must be an established technical leader with excellent strategic outlook and proven track record of delivering technology solutions which optimally meet customer needs.

• 5 years of experience in a technical role with hands on experience and proven delivery success. Previous experience architecting solutions that integrate with vendor platforms is highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills at least 5 years of experience managing global cross-functional teams independently and with minimal oversight
• Excellent trouble-shooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues and effectively communicate and manage possible resolutions
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies
• Excellent verbal written communication and interpersonal skills ability to work with cross cultural teams located globally
• Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals strong commitment to high quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives.
• Proven ability to take ownership and challenge status-quo improve process and drive results.
• Strong team spirit and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated flexible proactive and adaptable to change
• Knowledge of Finance products or previous experience within an Investment Bank is a plus
