Lead Quality Assurance Role

This is a high-level position in quality assurance where you will oversee the development and implementation of software testing strategies.

About the Role

• Key Responsibilities

Define quality standards, lead test automation efforts, establish QA processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting, and mentor junior team members.

5+ years of experience in QA, at least 2 years in a leadership role, MSc / BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience, hands-on experience with automation tools : Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack, strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript, experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir / NodeJS).
