Key Responsibilities
- Teach ACCA courses within your area of expertise, ensuring that content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and instructional materials using diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking.
- Provide constructive feedback, academic guidance, and mentoring to help students achieve academic and professional success.
- Conduct research in your area of specialization, publish scholarly articles, and participate in academic conferences / seminars.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary initiatives to enhance the overall quality of education and research.
- Participate in academic advising, mentoring, and other student support activities.
- Stay updated with developments in the field through continuous professional development, conferences, and networking.
- Contribute to curriculum design, course evaluation, and program development.
- Fulfill academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by department chairs or academic administrators.
Educational Qualifications
Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in the relevant discipline from an accredited institution.Demonstrated subject expertise with a record of scholarly achievements (publications, presentations, or research grants).Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate and / or postgraduate level preferred.Other Requirements
