Job Overview :

The Owner-Operator Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified owner-operators to join our fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in transportation recruitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Proactively source and recruit qualified owner-operators through online platforms, cold calls, job boards, social media, and industry events
• Screen candidates to ensure compliance with DOT and company standards
• Coordinate onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and setup
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Work closely with operations to understand current capacity needs and hiring targets
• Maintain accurate records and track KPIs related to recruitment
