Email & Offline Support Specialist (US Utility Services Program)

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Night Shift | Rotational

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable professionals to support a leading US-based utility services program. This role involves handling transaction services, email requests, and offline reports with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and timely completion.

Work Schedule :

7 days a week (rotational)

7 : 30 p.m. IST – 7 : 30 a.m. IST

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process customer email requests to start, stop, or transfer utility services.
  • Confirm and update service order details and scheduling.
  • Respond to billing, payment, due-date, and balance inquiries using standardized templates.
  • Assist customers with payment arrangements and budget billing plan updates.
  • Clarify charges, fees, or adjustments shown on bills.
  • Document all account actions accurately.
  • Make occasional outbound calls to provide updates or confirmations.

Technology Requirements :

To qualify, you must meet all of the following :

  • USB VoIP headset (mandatory during certification and servicing)
  • Dual monitors
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM
  • Latest version of Windows 11 (fully updated with no pending patches)
