We’re looking for a Community Support Executive — the friend every member wishes they had on their fitness journey.

What you’ll do :

🤝 Be the first line of support for our members — friendly, empathetic, and solution-driven

📲 Handle check-ins, queries, and renewals (mostly on WhatsApp & calls)

🎉 Keep the community engaged and motivated with energy and care

❤️ Prove empathetic next level support with fitness first mindset

What we’re looking for :

✅ Graduate- Communication, Psychology, Nutrition,2z34 Hospitality.

✅ Strong communication (English + Hinglish comfort)

✅ Empathy + patience to connect with members emotionally

✅ Organized & reliable with a problem-solving mindset

✅ Tech-savvy with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRMs

💡 Bonus if you love fitness, wellness, or have customer / community experience

📍 Location : Onsite only (Malad, Mumbai)

👩‍💻 Experience : 2+ years
