Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Partner - Customer Success to join our team at Simplia Inc., a leading digital ad agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and support within the digital advertising industry, with a focus on meeting the holistic business needs of our Engage with clients to understand their advertising requirements and objectives.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and the advertising agency to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients to enhance their advertising strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to 5-7 years of proven experience in sales and customer success / support within the digital advertising industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Qualification : MBA / PGDM from top-tier institutions such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, or equivalent global business schools preferred.
