Key Responsibilities :
Site Supervision Management :
- Oversee site activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Supervise construction teams and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Project Coordination :
Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to implement project plans.Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and vendors.Quality Assurance :
Ensure compliance with design, codes, and safety standards.Conduct inspections and maintain detailed site reports.Health Safety Management :
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.Train team members on safety standards.Resource Management :
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient project execution.Monitor resource utilization to minimize waste.Budget Cost Control :
Assist in budget preparation and track project costs.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Reporting Documentation :
Prepare progress reports and maintain detailed site logs.Provide updates to the Project Manager on project status.Mentorship :
Mentor junior engineers and promote teamwork.Provide training opportunities for team development.Key Requirements :
Education : Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering; additional certifications in project management are a plus.Experience :
5-8 years in civil site engineering with a focus on large-scale projects.Technical Skills : Proficient in construction management software (eg, AutoCAD, MS Project).Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills for effective stakeholder interaction.Leadership : Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.Personal Attributes :Key Skills :
