Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Design Quality Controller (DQC) to join our Interior Design team. The DQC will be responsible for ensuring all design deliverables meet company standards, client expectations, and relevant codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent understanding of design processes, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality outputs throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and validate all interior design drawings, 3D visuals, material specifications, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to project briefs, brand guidelines, client requirements, and relevant codes / regulations.
• Conduct periodic design audits and provide constructive feedback to design teams.
• Identify design discrepancies or inconsistencies and coordinate with designers to resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain design quality checklists and standards documentation.
• Ensure timely approval and delivery of design packages in collaboration with project managers.
• Collaborate with procurement and site teams to ensure materials and finishes match approved design intent.
• Support value engineering efforts without compromising design quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve quality benchmarks.
