Role Overview :

We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, demo scheduling, and follow-ups to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and skilled in building strong client relationships within the staffing and HR tech industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networks (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).

Understand client staffing or service requirements and present tailored solutions.

Schedule and manage product / service demos and coordinate appointments with prospects.

Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Manage the entire sales process; from prospecting to closure with consistent communication.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.

Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service fulfillment.

Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Track and report weekly and monthly performance against sales targets.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support business development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management).

2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or IT services.

Proven ability to schedule demos, manage follow-ups, and close deals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
