About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager with 4–7 years of experience to oversee financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in taxation , financial statement preparation , and a sound understanding of the Companies Act, 2020 and related regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS,and corporate tax, and ensure timely filings and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, 2020 and maintain all necessary compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting, and provide financial insights to management.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, daily cash flow, banking operations, and working capital.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Drive process improvements, enhance financial systems, and support implementation of best practices.
