• experience as an M365 System Administrator with practical knowledge of on-boarding migrating integrating configuring
• upgrading and supporting M365 services.
• Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services including Exchange Online & On
• Premise Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900 Certification as a minimum requirement with AZ-104 certification preferred).
• Core skills and experience of Wintel Server Networking & PowerShell.
• Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies AI Operations ITIL
• Data Analytics PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
• Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution with extensive
• hands-on IT support experience.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Good report writing and documentation skills and a strong verbal communicator.
• Able to present concepts ideas and recommendations in a clearly structured and logical fashion.
• Self-motivated able to prioritize good time management and is goal driven.
• Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas debate solutions to achieve
• consensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of the organization.
