Job description

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help develop ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions IP (Intellectual Property) for Microsoft platforms. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing software solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies to meet the needs of our customers and partners. This is not a remote position it is fully onsite in our Bangalore office

Responsibilities :

  • Solution Design : Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Development : Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Power Platform.
  • Frontend Development : Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.Js.
  • Backend Development : Develop scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using .NET Core, Node.Js, or other appropriate technologies.
  • Database Design and Optimization : Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability using SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Integration : Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed to enhance the functionality and interoperability of our solutions.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance : Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform automated and manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the software.
  • Documentation : Create technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides, to support internal development and external integration efforts.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft platforms and ISV development, and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;

    • Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and other relevant Microsoft development frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks / libraries (e.G., Angular, React, Vue.Js).
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and related services (e.G., Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with database design, optimization, and administration using SQL Server or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
