Role Summary

We’re seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead and support client NetSuite implementations, migrations, optimizations, and integrations (e.g., billing, payroll / HRIS, expense, CRM). You’ll work across PIF Advisory’s diverse client base—fund managers, emerging growth companies, and multi-entity global orgs—translating business requirements into a clean, auditable NetSuite environment. Engagement can be full-time or part-time (contract or employee) and is 100% remote. Candidates may be located inside or outside the U.S.; the ability to collaborate across time zones and work overlap hours with U.S. teams is important.

The ideal candidate is client-facing, detail-oriented, and energized by untangling messy data, mapping processes, and getting finance teams live on NetSuite quickly and correctly. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and thrive in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.
