Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Executive / Sr. Estimation Executive to join our growing team. This role involves preparing precise cost estimates, determining margins and timelines, and supporting our sales and production teams with timely and accurate quotations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Quotation & Estimation : Analyze job specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates and determine accurate pricing and margins for printed and packaging products.
• Proposal Development : Collaborate with the sales team to finalize proposals, handle revisions, and address client queries until order confirmation.
• Documentation : Maintain up-to-date cost sheets, estimation trackers, and proposal records.
• Sample Library Maintenance : Organize and manage production samples, assist other departments with access, and maintain sample records. Qualifications
• Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Science.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (open to candidates with more or less experience).
• Prior experience in estimation, sourcing, purchasing, or handling customer queries in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting industries is an advantage.
