About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to support projects that drive internal operational improvements and commercial growth initiatives. In this role, you will work with raw customer data, build models, contribute to network optimization analyses, and help develop analytics tools that improve supply chain performance and support the sales team in competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and analyze raw customer data to support cost and pricing analytics, network optimization studies, and other analyses used in sales bids and customer proposals.
- Contribute to network optimization projects—including facility location analysis, capacity modeling, transportation flow analysis, and cost-to-serve modeling—to help inform decisions such as new facility placement or warehouse investment strategies.
- Assist in transitioning Excel-based analytics and workflows into scalable applications by documenting requirements, testing features, and collaborating with developers.
- Support the development and deployment of AI agents by preparing datasets, testing agent behavior, and contributing to iterative improvements.
- Support the creation and enhancement of customer-facing analytics dashboards for supply chain insights (e.g., inventory optimization, transportation analytics, demand forecasting).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a quantitative operations role (internships or project-based experience welcome).Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling, and development.Familiarity with supply chain optimization concepts; experience with tools such as Supply Chain Guru is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on well-defined tasks.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Exposure to agile development practices and cross-functional product work.Understanding of warehouse automation technologies and their impact on supply chain design.Strong presentation and data storytelling capabilities, with the ability to communicate insights clearly to a variety of audiences.
