Job description

Primary Responsibilities :

Quality Inspection & Service

  • Quality Inspection on Fitness Equipment's
  • Service QC Machines & Solve QC Issues
  • Need to maintain Spare Inventory & In-charge of Packed products
  • Check the quality of Spare products before shipment

Installation

  • Need to Know Assemble and Disassemble all the products
  • If needed uninstall machines and to fulfil the spare need
  • Need to install at customer place if required

    • Technical Support

  • Provide technical information about service to the customer care team
  • Figure out the root cause of the problem and Provide the solution

    • Skills for Success :

    1. Knowledge of mechanical / Electrical components.

    2. Minimum 0-2years experience in the Mechanical / Electrical field.

    3. Installation and uninstallation of all the products available.

    4. Diagnosis of spares available in the machine

    5. MS Office - Excel & Word

    6. Problem-solving attitude.

    Added Advantages :

  • Worked in a Production-related Environment.
  • Knowledge of CADD / Ansys / modeling software.

    • Qualification

  • Diploma (DME, DEE etc) / Bachelors (BE, BSc) / Masters (ME, MSc) in Electrical / Mechanical related Engineering or Scieces
  • 0-3 years experience preferred. Freshers may apply.
