Key Responsibilities :
Connect with potential customers via phone, email, or chat.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
Provide excellent after-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
Follow up with customers for renewals and upselling opportunities.
Requirements :
Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
0 to 3 years of experience in tele sales, BPO, or financial services preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
