Manage end-to-end statutory compliance and support internal and external
audits.
Oversee Contract Labour Management and coordinate vendor audits for
compliance adherence.
Handle Time, Attendance, and Payroll Management in coordination with
relevant stakeholders.
Support Manpower Planning and Deployment to ensure optimal staffing
levels.
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives, Rewards & Recognition programs,
and Staff Welfare activities.
Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling in line with company
policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and coordinate Site Security Operations in collaboration with security
agencies.
Maintain and update HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information
System) for accuracy and timely reporting.
Skills
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong understanding of Industrial Relations and Labour Legislations.
Ability to manage and interact effectively with a unionized workforce.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
