The Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager into the Founders’ Office. This is a high-impact role that combines deep research, structured problem-solving, and content strategy to drive our GTM narrative and customer education. You’ll sit close to the founders and own how SuprSend is positioned, explained, and amplified in the market.
Your work will directly influence how SuprSend is perceived in the market, how customers discover and evaluate us, and how effectively we scale adoption. You will :
- Translate customer pain points into sharp positioning and messaging
- Build and execute a content strategy that educates and inspires
- Create data-driven, GEO-friendly content that scales discovery
- Distribute and amplify our story across channels where our ICP lives
What You’ll Do
Research & Insights
Conduct in-depth research into customer pain points, workflows, and industry trendsTranslate insights into crisp narratives with clarity & authorityContent Strategy & Execution
Build and run the content engine : website pages, feature explainers, blogs, case studies, whitepapers.Write with authority on technical concepts and tie them back to business outcomes.Create content that is GEO-friendly and optimized for discoverability.Messaging & Positioning
Own SuprSend’s market story — differentiated, developer-first, and customer-centric.Collaborate with founders and product to align messaging with roadmap and launches.Build narratives around features that answer “why it matters” for customers.Storytelling & Education
Turn features into stories, and stories into adoptionCreate customer-facing assets that explain complex workflows simplyScale stories across formats — web, docs, videos, sales decks, community, and social.Distribution & Amplification
Own the distribution playbook : LinkedIn, X, engineering forums, dev communities, newslettersRepurpose long-form content into snackable posts, threads, and community updatesExperiment with new channels and create repeatable distribution loops.You Might Be a Fit If You :
Graduated from a Tier-1 engineering college with strong academic groundingCan simplify complex, technical products and communicate them clearlyLove deep work and can bring clarity from ambiguityThink in frameworks and structured researchAre data-driven , with experience in SEO, keyword research, and content analyticsHave 1–3 years of experience in product management, product marketing, GTM or consulting roles(Bonus) Experience with notification systems and ability to contribute to improving themMust apply if you think about being a future founder — this role will accelerate your learningWhy Join Us?
