Location : lucknow
Experience : 2–4 Years (E-commerce Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, optimize & scale Facebook + Instagram ad campaigns to achieve 4X ROAS .
- Set up Conversion API, Pixel Events, Custom Audiences, Retargeting Funnels .
- Analyze ad performance & create data-driven optimization strategies.
- Conduct creative A / B testing for thumbnails, hooks, ad copies & videos.
- Coordinate with the content team to produce scroll-stopping creatives for AirSpin.
- Competitor & audience behavior research to refine targeting.
- Weekly reporting on performance, insights & scalable opportunities.
