Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt Crafting : Design and refine text / image prompts to generate hyper-relevant fashion visuals across categories like ethnic, western, fusion, athleisure, etc.
  • Tool Testing : Actively test AI-powered tools (e.G., background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, image-to-video tools) for accuracy, style quality, and versatility.
  • Style Curation : Evaluate AI outputs against fashion sensibilities such as color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment.
  • Visual QC : Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed.
  • Feedback Loops : Provide structured insights to AI and product teams to improve model performance and style accuracy.
  • Trend Spotting : Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts.

Requirements

  • Education : Graduate or postgraduate from NIFT or any reputed fashion design institute preferred.
  • Experience : 3–5 years of relevant experience in the fashion domain — such as fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation .
  • Fashion Know-How : Strong understanding of silhouettes, draping, color theory, and styling principles across categories.
  • Photoshop Proficiency : Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images as needed.
  • Prompting Skills : Prior experience or curiosity to work with generative AI tools (image / video generation) is a big plus.
  • Eye for Detail : Ability to identify what makes a look “work” (or not) for a given theme or context.
  • Strong Aesthetic Judgment : You understand brand tonality, can adapt style to different demographics, and visualize outputs even before the AI renders them.
  • Collaborative Energy : Work closely with content, creative, and tech teams — bonus points if you speak both moodboard and matrix .
