Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Head of Construction - Residential Projects to lead and manage our construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mivan shuttering technology, deep knowledge of project management practices, and a proven track record of working with contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects.

This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing the entire construction department, managing teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and mitigating project delays.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee Mivan shuttering works (aluminium formwork), ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and contractors, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, cost control, quality assurance, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and prepare MIS / reports for management.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Optimize resources (material, manpower, equipment) to achieve maximum efficiency on site.
• Implement best practices in project management and construction technology to improve execution efficiency.
