We are seeking a Senior Android Developer to take ownership of key features and drive the development of our flagship Android application. This role involves contributing to architecture, setting coding standards, mentoring the team, and ensuring our application is scalable, highly performant, and integrates seamlessly with our cutting-edge AR / AI technology.

Who are we looking for :

  • A dedicated developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building, releasing, and maintaining production-grade Android applications.
  • A professional capable of leading Android feature development end-to-end, from design to deployment.
  • Strong, practical experience with modern Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Someone who is proficient in mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and can guide framework choices.

Top 3 Daily Tasks :

  • Lead Android Feature Development : Own the design, development, and deployment of major new application features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Architectural Contribution : Actively participate in defining and implementing scalable Android architecture, ensuring clean code and security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot & Optimize : Perform deep-dive debugging and fine-tune app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption specific to the Android platform.

    • Minimum Work Experience & Qualification Required :

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in native Android application development.
  • Must have worked in a product-based software company.
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (CS / IT / Electronics) or related degree.

    • Top 5 Skills You Should Possess :

  • Expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for modern Android development.
  • Strong understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture and code modularization.
  • Advanced API Integration (RESTful, GraphQL) and state management.
  • Experience with CI / CD, automated testing (unit / UI), and Git / version control.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.

    • What Youll Be Expected to Do :

  • Own Feature Quality : Write clean, highly performant, well-tested code that adheres to strict Android platform standards.
  • Technical Leadership : Act as the subject matter expert for the Android platform, guiding technology choices and framework adoption.
  • Deep Integration : Integrate complex APIs and work closely with backend, AR, and AI teams to enable cutting-edge features.
  • Quality Assurance : Lead code reviews, drive test automation, and ensure applications maintain a high quality rating on the Google Play Store.
  • Platform Evolution : Continuously evaluate and implement new Jetpack libraries and modern Android development practices.
