About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive System & Network Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting system and network infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN / WAN networks , ensuring minimum downtime.
- Handle system setups, hardware installations, and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance and network health proactively.
- Provide technical support to internal teams for system and network issues.
- Ensure security protocols, system updates, and patches are implemented regularly.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting steps.
- Coordinate with vendors or external support teams when required.
