Senior UX Interaction Designer

The Job

As a  Senior UX Interaction Designer  , you will lead in shaping product experiences, focusing on both in-product and end-to-end client journeys. You ll collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers to envision and implement elegant solutions to complex challenges. With expertise in interaction design and a deep understanding of user needs, you will create designs that align with strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences. This role reports to a UX Manager.

Qualifications & Skills required

• Define user models and interfaces for new and existing products.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-focused solutions and interactive designs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Design System.
• Plan and estimate design work while setting clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Maintain expertise in competitive products and industry trends.
• Advocate for users, ensuring their needs and feedback guide design decisions.
