Best NanoTech is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Gurugram, India. This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in IT Technical recruitment for US.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, and validate candidates for client IT roles across U.S. Geography.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions
• Build and maintain pipelines across IT domains including :
• Software Development
• Cybersecurity
• Semi conductor
• Data Analytics
• Cloud Computing & Infrastructure
• Networking & Systems Administration
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets
• Utilize Recruiter, ATS platforms , and other sourcing tools effectively
