Role : Manager - Finance Planning & Analysis

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience : 10-15 Years

Education Qualification : CA / CPA / MBA / CA-Inter

Required Skills :

Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.

Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accrual accounting, GL concepts, US GAAP, and financial close processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, dashboards, pivot tables).

Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative working style.

Flexibility to extend work hours to support U.S. stakeholders.
