Aonxi is building the Neural Revenue OS—AI that listens to every sales call, learns what actually sells, and turns those patterns into automated, compounding ROI. We need a hands-on founding engineer to architect and ship a CRM where calls, transcripts, actions, and results live in one live system.

What you’ll own

Greenfield build of the Aonxi AI + Human CRM :

Real-time Priority Pipeline fed by external intent signals

7-System Follow-Ups (phone / SMS / email / LinkedIn / voice drops / calendar nudges / workflows)

One-click “Next Best Action” with hyper-personalized, pre-generated content

Twilio / Aircall / RingCentral voice, recording, and transcription integration

8+ scoring loop : 8–10 → permanent memory; 1–7 → AI / Human analysis queue

Unified activity ledger tying every message / call to outcomes and revenue

Data model and infra for per-client private AI brains (segregated embeddings + metadata)

Weekly executive reports and team dashboards (sales, marketing, ops)

Security, tenancy, auditability, and export controls by design

Minimum qualifications

6+ years building production SaaS (0→1), shipping fast with quality

Strong with TypeScript and one modern stack : Node / Nest or Python / FastAPI; React / Next.js

Built at least one of : comms platform, sales engagement tool, analytics pipeline, LLM product

Comfortable owning data, APIs, UI, cloud , and agentic workflows

Pragmatic about cost, caching, and P99 reliability

Twilio / SignalWire / Telephony experience

Vector DBs (Pinecone / Weaviate / Chroma), embeddings / LLM RAG, Assistants / Agents

Event-driven systems (Kafka / Kinesis), stream ETL, dbt, OLAP (ClickHouse / BigQuery)

Security : multi-tenant isolation, KMS, tokenization, SOC2 controls mindset
