Job descriptionDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering from a top university (IIT, IISc, ISI, CMI, BITS, IIIT). Strong programming ability in Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow). Deep understanding of statistical modeling, ML algorithms, and data analysis. Passion for solving real-world problems through data-driven research. 0–5 years’ experience in quant research, ML, or data science — internships in trading, hedge funds, or top product firms a plus. Research-driven culture with academic rigor and freedom to test your own ideas. Exposure to global markets, datasets, and advanced research infrastructure. Flat hierarchy, high-impact roles, and collaborative team environment.

We’re hiring exceptional Quantitative Researchers for a leading global quant investment firm building market-neutral, ML-driven strategies across global equities.
This team operates at the intersection of data, mathematics, and machine learning, generating thousands of predictive signals daily and turning research into production-ready trading strategies.
Location : Gurgaon
You role :
- Research, test, and implement systematic alpha signals across global markets.
- Apply advanced statistics, optimization, and machine learning to financial data.
- Work end-to-end on ideas — from hypothesis → data cleaning → backtesting → live deployment.
- Collaborate with global teams of researchers and engineers to scale the research infrastructure.
