Key Responsibilities

In-House CRM Development :

Design, develop, and maintain new features, modules, and integrations for our proprietary, Laravel-based

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

system.

CRM Data Management :

Write efficient database queries (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and build APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM, WordPress, and other business applications.

Back-End Development :

Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using

PHP

and the

Laravel

framework, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

WordPress Management :

Customize, maintain, and optimize our main company websites built on

WordPress

, including custom theme and plugin development.

Front-End Implementation :

Transform UI / UX designs into fully functional, responsive user interfaces using

Bootstrap

, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / jQuery.

Collaboration :

Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Code Quality :

Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure high performance, security, and quality across all applications.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ Years

of professional experience in full-stack web development.

Expert Proficiency in PHP

, including strong knowledge of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Solid Experience with the Laravel framework

(routing, Eloquent ORM, service providers, APIs).

Proven WordPress Development

experience (custom theme development, plugin creation, WP-CLI).

Front-End Expertise :

Proficient with

Bootstrap

, HTML, CSS / Sass, and modern JavaScript / jQuery for building responsive and accessible interfaces.

Database Skills :

Strong command of SQL for data manipulation and optimization (MySQL or PostgreSQL).

Experience with

Version Control (Git)

and collaborative workflows (e.g., Git Flow, pull requests).

Crucial :

Demonstrated ability to work on and understand complex business logic within an

existing CRM or ERP system
