The role involves assisting customers with product usage, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for our Shopify app users.You’ll work closely with our technical and product teams to resolve queries, document solutions, and contribute to product improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive and professional customer support via email or chatTroubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript integrationsGuide users on app setup, configuration, and best practicesDocument common issues and solutions to improve support efficiencyCollaborate with development and QA teams for bug reporting and feature feedbackMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communicationQualifications Required : 2+ years of experience in customer or technical supportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Familiarity with helpdesk tools and CRM systemsPreferred : Experience with Shopify or SaaS productsBasic understanding of APIs and integrationsAbility to explain technical topics to non-technical usersWork DetailsType : Full-timeLocation : Remote / Bengaluru (Flexible)How to Apply Send your resume to support@notifiktech.com with the subject line : Customer Support (Technical)
