Business Analyst

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

1.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.

2.  Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

3.  Participate in daily stand-ups of the Migration team and contribute to bi-weekly sprints.

4.  Maintain User Stories and Tasks for Operational & Engineering activities.

5.  Create comprehensive documentation including data mapping documents and process flow diagrams.

6.  Define and document the data migration strategy, including data extraction, transformation and loading procedures.

7.  Ensure that all the activities align with regulatory compliance and policies.

Required Technical Skill Set :

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on application development and support is required.
• Proven ability to create comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Technical Requirements Documents (TRD), mockup screens, and business process flow diagrams.
• Ability to map current business processes to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ability to create clear documentations and presentations.
• Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
