Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation :

  • Identify and connect with potential clients or prospects on LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage targeted contact lists for email campaigns.

2. LinkedIn Marketing :

  • Optimize and manage the company's LinkedIn profile and content strategy.
  • Send personalized connection requests, follow-ups, and messages to engage
  • leads.

  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn campaign performance.
  • 3. Email Marketing :

  • Create and send engaging email campaigns using marketing tools (e.g.,
  • Mailchimp, Sendinblue).

  • Design email sequences for outreach, follow-ups, and nurturing leads.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and campaign performance.
  • 4. Campaign Strategy & Execution :

  • Plan and execute direct marketing strategies to promote products or services.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • 5. Data Management & Reporting :

  • Maintain and update lead databases (e.g., CRM tools).
  • Generate reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • 6. Compliance & Best Practices :

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with data protection regulations (like
  • GDPR).

  • Follow best practices to avoid spam filters and increase engagement
  • Experience - 6months to 1year
