Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary for Accounts and Secretarial work located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, ensuring compliance with company secretarial work, and offering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing documents, preparing reports, assisting in board meetings, maintaining statutory registers, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The person should also have an understanding in accounts and understanding of financial statements and should be able to assist in preparation of financial statements as well

Qualifications

• Basic accounting and
• Company Secretarial Work
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - mainly excel and word
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the legal or accounting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• Should be able to communicate well in English
