Job Description
Star Hi Herbs is seeking an experienced International Business Development Manager to expand our global presence in the nutraceutical and functional food ingredients market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the natural products industry and experience developing business in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand business in key international markets
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events
- Identify new market opportunities and potential product applications
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams on product development initiatives
- Prepare market analyses, sales forecasts, and business reports
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with international clients
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in nutraceutical or natural productsProven track record in international business developmentStrong understanding of the dietary supplement and functional food industryExperience with contract negotiations and relationship managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel internationally (30-40%)Qualifications
Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks for dietary supplementsExperience with CRM systems and sales analyticsCultural sensitivity and international business etiquetteStrategic thinking and business planning abilitiesFluency in English and additional languages (preferred)Benefits
