We're looking for a proactive Network Consultant with deep expertise in Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) and Software-Defined LAN (SD-LAN) environments. The ideal candidate will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on Cisco DNA Center , Cisco ISE , and wireless technologies . Experience with Cisco Meraki solutions and familiarity with FDA-regulated environments will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions, focusing on Cisco SDA and SD-LAN implementations.
• Design and implement Cisco DNA Center, ISE, and TrustSec frameworks to ensure secure, scalable, and policy-driven network access.
• Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization support across multi-site SDA environments.
• Design and enhance enterprise wireless networks leveraging Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).
• Support Cisco Meraki integrations (SD-WAN, switches, access points) within hybrid network deployments.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory standards, including network segmentation, data protection, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct site assessments, capacity planning, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and network topology diagrams.
• Collaborate closely with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated and secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.
